  • The Temperatures of combustion:Minimum will be 850oC and max 1400oC

  1. The Internal diameter of the Chimney: Ø 400mm² and its height: 8 Meter
  2. The Volume of the combustion chamber: Not Less Than 2.3 M³

Principle of the Incinerator equipment is incineration/combustion/burn. Generally, the function is waste treatment for Solid waste, Liquid waste, Gas waste, etc. 
The main body is one combustion chamber (at least), Refractory line or firebrick, Insulation materials and the outer plate. Ignition element is external oil or gas burner. The burner can be running until incinerator usd, incinerator vietnam, incinerator waste, incinerator waste chamber, incinerator waste diesel, incinerator water filter, incinerator website, waste burnout but for some waste like plastic, paper (sometime, mix coal with waste before feeding), they can combustion itself after Ignition. Cartons,  rags,  cotton  and  other  wastes  associated  with  production of power loaded in the incinerator in

bags. These pumps

shall deliver waste oil from the incinerator sludge mixing tank to the incinerator. Operation and management of those

pumps shall be completely automatic. A linear negative feedback control algorithm shall be used to adjust the feed rate of

the sludge pumps and hence vary the number of sludge being incinerated. The sludge line will also be equipped with

appropriate self cleaning filter that will keep impurities away from the burner.

A  sludge  mixing  tank  equipped  with  a  superheated  water  heater  shall  also  be

provided. A Superheated water heater shall be provided to heat the waste oil to the inlet temperature required by the

incinerator. In case a superheated water heater

 

cannot be provided, an electrical heater shall be provided for the tank. The tank shall also be equipped with a magnetic

level index, level switches and appropriate drain valves, separate overflow and vent pipes.

 

 

Characteristics of superheated water available in the power station are as follows; Stress and temperature of

superheated water in supply manifold; P 10 Bars, T = 150 Deg

Stress and temperature of superheated water at return manifold; P 8.5 Bars, T = 140 Deg
