Discover the Compact AES100 Medical Incinerator

The medical waste AES100 machine is our light-weight mobile incinerator for disposing of clinical, laboratory and sharps waste material.

The AES100 has a top access lid design for the loading and de-ashing of waste. Made up of two chambers, the primary chamber is the loading zone where the initial burn cycle initiates. The remaining gases are burnt at a higher temperature in the secondary chamber for a cleaner and efficient incineration.

The top access lid of the AES100 allows waste to be loaded directly into the primary chamber where angled burners pulse fire during the incineration process for a direct and efficient burn cycle. The gases and particulates released, then enter the secondary chamber where a higher temperature burn eliminates the harmful particles. Giving a smoke and odourless cycle.

The AES100 incinerator is designed and manufactured with the user in mind. Equipped with our AIC Plug & Play controller, pre-programmed settings allow for a quick and easy cycle set-up.

Various mobile options are available for the AES100, allowing the machine to be used for one site or easily moved from site to site. The mobile options available for the AES100 include containerised or trailer mounted.

Clean Air is a Human Right Stop the Incinerator!

People from across the state are coming together around a major human rights issue – the plan to build the nation’s largest trash burning incinerator less than a mile away from schools in Curtis Bay, MD. The incinerator threatens our right to breathe clean air and it also puts us on the wrong path forward to find sustainable solutions to dealing with waste and energy. We are building a process that will allow us to stop the incinerator and to continue forward to find positive alternatives rooted in our shared needs and human rights. http://stoptheincinerator.wordpress.com/2014/09/01/curtis-bay-residents-speak-out-about-the-trash-burning-incinerator/

Scandal in Austria over a planned incinerator in Heiligenkreuz

Why does Austria need an incinerator with enormous capacity? The province of Burgenland produce just 35.000 tons of waste in a year. The capacity of the planned incinerator is 325.000 tons per year. The air pollution will hit directly Hungary, not Austria. The company BEGAS wants to build it, although more civil and environmental organizations in Austria and Hungary are strongly opposing the investment. It’s a scandal!
