C200 Clinical Waste Incinerator Overview
The C200 Medical Waste incinerator from Addfield has been developed to effortlessly handle highly demanding medical and clinical waste.
Having a 200kg per hour burn rate with a primary chamber achieving temperatures in excess of 700°C and secondary chamber burning at greater than 1100°C to ensure all medical clinical waste is securely and environmentally disposed of.
Integrated secondary afterburner acts as the pollution control system, offering smokeless operations. After chambers are CFD modelled to ensure compliance to two second retention times regulation.
Incineration delivers a complete and thorough destruction of waste resulting in less than 5% ash which can then easily be disposed of.
As with all Addfield machines the C200 benefits from a multi-layered thermally efficient high-grade brick refractory with insulations rated up to 1600°C.
Constructed out of heavy duty 10mm thick robust steel construction you can expect to achieve up to 20 years of operation with regular annual servicing and correct usage.
Straight forward operation with a colour HMI interface with touch screen functionality, enabling schematic overviews providing information on operational status.
Able to be loaded manually or automatically with an optional ram feeder unit. Alongside an automatic bin tipper loading sequencing and firing allow for ease of use
Proudly designed, and manufactured in Great Britain. Addfield – leading the way in thermal treatment solutions.

How much does the incinerator cost?
We asked this question after we started studying our political and economic system as part of our weekly Free Your Voice meeting. Our goal is to deepen our understanding the world as we actively confront issues like the incinerator. We want to share the questions that emerge from our study and action with all of you.
G20 Containerised Petrochem Incinerator
A by-product in the production of crude oil is the risks to the environment from contamination by raw oil as it is extracted from the ground. Often resulting in land that is unusable and toxic due to the high quantities of oil that has seeped into the soil.
Across the Petroleum industry environmental security is of paramount importance, protecting the regions that they operate in from undue pollution. Legislation is in place to ensure that companies follow appropriate ecological guidelines in the protection of the environment on their sites. Due to our industry expertise we were approached by one of the worlds largest petroleum companies to provide fully compliant mobile solutions.
One of the safest methods to remove waste hydrocarbons from soil and sand is through thermal treatment, rather than relying upon chemicals, which can ineffectively remove the oil whilst potentially creating a separate hazard of their own. Through
incineration the oil is oxidised off the sand and soil. The sterilised material can then be returned to the environment without any risks.
Due to the highly flammable and volatile nature of this waste, incinerators need to be specifically adapted to manage the high volatility of the waste being processed, optimising the processing and fuel usage throughout.
The G20 is a specially adapted general waste incinerator that has been optimised for oil-based waste. Benefiting from two loading systems primarily a soil and sand feeder at the rear of the machine that automatically loads contaminated material at a controlled rate. The feeder deposits the waste into a tumblering hearth, designed to control the speed of burning maintaining optimum processing.
A pneumatic loader is provided configured to allow general waste to be loaded for destruction. This is highly beneficial due to the often remote nature of the facilities, these machines will be operating from, reducing the environmental impact even further, reducing transportation costs and zero waste to landfill policy further enhancing the environmental benefits.
All addfield machines are designed to be able to run on a range of fuels most commonly diesel or gas however we are able to adapt them as is the case for the G20 to run on waste oil a very common resource on such sites.

It’s the subject of controversy in Jackson – the ‘Incinerator.’ It costs more to dump trash there than it does to dump it in most landfills. But all of the hype may not matter — come October. Because as Maureen LaForge explains — Jackson County officials may have to close it down.
