2.2 CHAMBRE PRIMAIRE
- La chambre doit être constituée d’une coque en acier soudé avec des bandes de renforcement en tôle d’une épaisseur minimale de 6 mm et
raccords pour l’alimentation en air primaire, le brûleur de démarrage, le réacteur thermique, l’injection d’eau et toutes les sondes de mesure nécessaires
prises.
- La chambre entière, y compris toutes les connexions, doit être revêtue d’une composition de face chaude coulable
réfractaire adapté à une température de service continue de 1500 deg. C. Ce revêtement doit être séparé de l’acier
construction par une deuxième couche d’isolation. Les plaques en acier moulé résistant à la chaleur avec de nombreux trous fins doivent être couchées
le plancher revêtu de réfractaire de l’unité avec un espace entre les deux.
- La chambre doit être apprêtée à l’extérieur et pulvérisée avec une peinture émail silicone.
2.3 RÉACTEUR THERMIQUE
- Le réacteur doit être composé de sections cylindriques en acier soudées d’une épaisseur minimale de 9,5 mm.
- L’ensemble de la chambre doit être construit à l’intérieur avec un revêtement réfractaire.
- La chambre doit être équipée d’un raccord pour l’admission de gaz de carbonisation à basse température, le gaz de combustion
sortie, l’alimentation en air secondaire et tertiaire, le brûleur du réacteur et toutes les sondes de mesure nécessaires.
- À l’extérieur, le réacteur doit être apprêté et pulvérisé avec une peinture émail silicone.
