Wind direction:

Refers to the installation of the automatic winding filter in the correct airflow direction in accordance with the site requirements, so as to ensure the best filtering efficiency of the filter material. If the site situation is opposite, you can make adjustments according to the actual situation, and reverse the air inlet and outlet sides of the filter. After installation, check whether the air inlet and outlet direction of the differential pressure switch air pipe is consistent with the installation direction. Otherwise, it is very easy to happen that the pressure difference does not work. I have received a consultation call from a customer, and it has been half a year since the installed roller shutter filter has not been rolled. Later, under the guidance of our technicians, the reason was that the airflow direction was wrong during installation and the pressure difference did not rise. Effect, resulting in the entire control system not working properly.

Stability:

It is well known that the installation must be stable. The automatic winding filter can stand naturally, using its own weight to connect the wall and the frame of the automatic winding filter with angle steel on both sides and the top. Expansion screws or anchor screws also fix the bottom frame to the ground. Get up to achieve the purpose of stability and firmness.

Tightness:

Sealing after installation is an indispensable link. After installation, there may be gaps in the place where the outer frame of the automatic winding filter is fixed to the wall. Some may be transparent to the naked eye, and some may not be visible to the naked eye, but the airflow can pass through. Sealing silica gel and foaming agent must be used. Wait for sealing, use profiles or bent plates to cover the gaps, and fill the small seals directly with glue.
